Without George have been writing songs together for 3 years. On Saturday November 8th  at the now legendry Campbell’s Tavern the band will release their first album “ Without George”. Reactions are very positive so far with songs like  “On my way” , Terrible Shame, Red, and Some People”  attracting a lot of attention. Andy Reynolds ( Co-producer ) delivers an album that captures the essence of Without George. A rocking 4 piece that draw from the well of blues, funk , rock and country , it’s no wonder their sound ends up being such a thrill-ride. Renowned for their wild and energetic live performances , this band are on the way to becoming a must see act. Their live gigs are an injection of positive energy and infectious enthusiasm.  Described by one journalist as “a strength that will move and inspire you with jolts of positive energy”.  This summer saw Without George play The Salty Dog Stage at the Electric Picnic,  support  the legendry Blondie at the Galway Arts Festival  and headline the closing night of the Tuam Arts Festival “ Earwig” . With support slots to , The Saw Doctors , Bell X1 , and  The Stunning  under their belt ,  this band can fill any stage and are guaranteed to entertain..  Previous appearences  on popular internet video site, Balcony TV  have stirred interest as far as San Francisco, with one promoter begging for a St. Patricks Day visit in 2009. An afternoon spent with Síle on TG4 has brought the band to an unexpected wider and younger audience.
